What the government takes, on top of the price

Karnataka charges stamp duty on a slab, plus cess and surcharge on the duty, plus a registration fee on the value. It is computed on the higher of your agreement value and the government guidance value.

Indicative only. Slabs, cess and surcharge are set by the Karnataka Department of Stamps and Registration and change without notice — confirm on the Kaveri portal or with your advocate before you budget. Westline does not collect these charges.

Rent assumes 7% annual escalation. Ownership compares the asset value against total repayment plus registration. Appreciation is your assumption, not a Westline projection — we do not publish a forecast.
