1. Information, not an offer
Renders, plans, areas, specifications, views, amenities, timelines and prices (where shown) are indicative and subject to statutory approvals, design development and availability. Areas are super built-up unless stated otherwise. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, invitation to offer, legal contract or part of one. Only the Agreement for Sale registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 and the Karnataka rules binds Westline Builders and a buyer.
2. RERA
Project registration numbers are stated on each project page and in the footer. Where a project is described as "registration in progress", no sale is offered until registration is granted; you may register interest only. Verify any registration at rera.karnataka.gov.in.
3. Calculators and projections
EMI, stamp duty, yield, appreciation and joint-development tools compute arithmetic on numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax or legal advice and are not a forecast by Westline Builders. Rates, duties and charges change; confirm with your lender, the Kaveri portal and your advisers. Property values can fall as well as rise.
4. Channel partners and careers
The Westline Circle page describes a programme; participation is governed solely by the partner agreement you sign. Job descriptions are summaries; offers of employment are made in writing.
5. Your use of the site
Use it lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not scrape, republish or frame content, submit false enquiries, or attempt to disrupt the site. Brochures may be downloaded for your own evaluation only.
6. Intellectual property
The Westline name, logo, renders, films, plans and text belong to Westline Builders Private Limited or are used under licence. Third-party brand names mentioned in specifications belong to their owners and indicate the specified standard or equivalent.
7. Third-party links
Links to Google Maps, Google Photos, YouTube, WhatsApp, banks, RERA and other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Westline Builders is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content or from interruption of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under RERA or consumer-protection law.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the privacy notice.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
