Engineer, QUT Brisbane alumnus, and the person who first sketched a fifty-plus-floor tower for a city that had never built past fifteen. Recognised for the conception and design of Westline Signature — and still on site most mornings.
LinkedInTwelve years ago two engineers decided this coast deserved buildings people would drive past slowly. Ten projects later, the tallest of them is fifty-three floors into the sky.
"We did not set out to build the tallest tower in Karnataka. We set out to build one where nothing was overlooked, and it turned out that in Mangalore, nothing overlooked goes a long way up."
Every Westline building has been finished by the same two people who signed the first drawing. We put our own office on the Signature site so the people buying there can walk in and ask us anything, on any working day. That is still the fastest way to understand how we work.
That sentence has been on our wall since the first Bonita brochure. It is why the Signature façade is German, why the formwork is Korean, why the landscaping is Singaporean, and why we publish our RERA numbers in the footer of every page.
